This 1969 Topps turned out nicely. The blob of black/purple on his hat must mean that he was traded to the Braves following when the photo was taken. Great airbrushing!
Jackson (b. 1944) played in the majors from 1963 to 1974 for the Colt .45s/Astros and Braves. He had 767 hits, 7 home runs and a .251 batting average.
I mailed to Jackson on October 5 and got the cards back on October 24, for a 19-day TAT.
