I added some cool Expos cards with this TTM success from Boots Day. I found the cards at my LCS and dropped them in the mail to see if I could add to my tally for 1971 and 1972 Topps. The cards turned out really nice. I have quietly added 25 1971 Topps and 19 1972 Topps to the album.
My favorite part of the older 70s cards is the old uniforms. They are always a fun look.
Day (b. 1947) played in the majors from 1969 to 1974 for the Cardinals, Cubs and Expos. He had 295 hits, 8 home runs and a .256 batting average.
I mailed to Day on February 5 and got the cards back on March 1, for a 24-day TAT.
