Here is another TTM success showing some cards from the late 70s/early 80s. I went through my boxes from that era and pulled out a bunch of guys who sign. I like this Stan Papi success for many reasons. We have a sweet Expos batting helmet, and the guy's last name is Papi. Nice!
Papi's 1981 Topps is a bit dark, but the signature still shows up pretty well.
Papi (b. 1951) played in the majors in 1974 and 1977 to 1981 for the Cardinals, Expos, Red Sox and Tigers. He had 114 hits, 7 home runs and a .218 batting average.
I mailed to Papi on February 5 and got the cards back on February 20, for a 15-day TAT.
