My first signed 2023 Bowman Draft came back recently, and it was from a guy I had met a couple months ago. I wasn't expecting this Rhett Lowder to come back so fast, but it did. I sent out 30 TTM requests to guys from 2023 Bowman Draft so far, so hopefully a bunch more will come back soon.
Lowder (b. 2002) was a first round (7th overall) pick by the Reds during the July Amateur Draft out of Wake Forest. He hasn't yet played pro ball, but went 30-5 in 3 seasons with Wake Forest.
I mailed to Lowder on December 16 and got the card back on December 26, for a 10-day TAT.
