Winokur (b. 2004) was a 3rd round pick by the Twins in the 2023 July Amateur Draft out of a California high school. He played in the Florida complex league last season and had 19 hits, 4 home runs and a .288 batting average.
I mailed to Winokur on December 15 and got the card back on January 6, for a 22-day TAT.
