Palacios (b. 1996) made his Major League debut with the Twins last season. He had 10 hits, 2 home runs and a .143 batting average. He is currently in the Royals system.
I mailed to Palacios via Tigers camp on February 22 and got the card back signed on March 2, for a 9-day TAT.
