Another TTM Success From Allen Watson

My passes through boxes afforded me the opportunity to pull a few more cards to send TTM to Allen Watson.  I had gotten him TTM back in 2023.  The above 1993 Bowman rainbow foil parallel was. Nice card to send and it turned out nicely.
I also sent this 1995 Topps Cyberstats.  These cards always look cool when signed.
Finally, I sent a 1992 Stadium Club, 1995 Fleer Ultra, 1996 Stadium Club and a 1997 Score.

I mailed to Watson on January 29 and got the cards back on July 10 for a 162-day TAT.

Another TTM Success From Chris Hoiles

Another TTM success from former Oriole, Chris Hoiles came in recently that put some really nice cards into my album. The above 1994 Fleer Ultra All Star card is a great looking card.
I also got a 1998 Topps, 1995 Upper Deck SP and a 1997 Score foil signed.  The SP has the one-off gray Orioles hat that they wore for only one season.  I had one of them then, but it is somewhere at my parents house.  I'd like to find it some day.

I mailed to Hoiles on October 24 and got the cards back on January 8, for a 76-day TAT.

TTM Success - Lyle Mouton

Three attempts were made, but I finally got a TTM success back from Lyle Mouton.  The cards I sent turned out great, so I was really glad when they finally came in.  The above 1996 Finest looks a lot better in person.
I also had Mouton sign a 1996 Topps Gallery, 1998 Topps, 1997 Score and a 1997 Fleer Metal.

Mouton (b. 1969) played in the majors from 1995 to 2001 for the White Sox, Orioles, Brewers and Marlins.  He had 225 hits, 22 home runs and a .280 batting average.

I mailed to Mouton on January 21 and got the cards back on January 31, for a 10-day TAT.

TTM Success - Keith Lockhart

I added an assortment of cards to my album with this TTM success from Keith Lockhart.

The above 1996 Pinnacle came out of a box that I got when I visited Andrew for his graduation several years ago.  I have been able to get some of the cards that I got on that trip signed, which is really nice.
The 1997 Score and 1990 CMC AAA card (left and right) both came out of boxes that my mom gave me, and the 2001 Topps in the middle was from another box I got while with Andrew.

Lockhart (b. 1964) played in the majors from 1994 to 2003 for the Padres, Royals and Braves.  He had 591 hits, 44 home runs and a .262 batting average.

I mailed to Lockhart on January 14, 2019 and got the cards back on March 21, 2020, for a 432-day TAT.

TTM Success - Marvin Benard

There are some players in my "to be TTMed" box that have floated around in there for quite a while.  For whatever reason, I get set to send to a player, and some of them keep getting pushed back until I finally force myself to put them in the mail.  Nothing against that player, it just kind of happens (especially if I have a batch of vintage guys to send to).

The above 2002 Upper Deck is the card that has been put aside the longest.  It was in a box of mine, which I went through looking for TTM subjects earlier this year.  I loved the horizontal photo and that year of Upper Deck.
Over the course of a few months, I actually was able to locate more cards of Benard.  They all came out of various boxes I have had sitting around here, so it was nice to put them to use (and make room in the boxes).  The 1997 Pinnacle, as you can tell, was part of a batch of late 90s cards that had gotten stuck together.  Luckily, the card wasn't damaged too badly, and it still was able to get signed.

Benard (b. 1971) played in the majors from 1995 to 2003 for the Giants.  He had 714 hits, 54 home runs and a .271 batting average.

I mailed to Benard on November 7 and got the cards back on November 21, for a 14-day TAT.

TTM Success - Jayhawk Owens

I got a TTM success after two tries from former catcher, Jayhawk Owens.  I mailed to him on May 21 and got the card back on June 6, for a 16-day TAT.

Owens (b. 1969) played in the majors from 1993 to 1996 for the Rockies.  He had 75 hits, 11 home runs and an average of .232.  His inscription was really nice as well, "1993 1st year, it was so cool".
