I was able to send off one of the 1973 Topps cards that I had gotten from Conrad and it came back signed. The card looks pretty sharp, considering a lot of the photos in 1973 Topps are less than sharp. Looking back, it is kind of cool to see how far baseball card photography has come over the past 40+ years.
Spinks (b. 1947) played in the majors from 1969 to 1973 for the Astros and Cardinals. He had a career record of 7-11 with 154 strike outs and a 3.70 ERA.
I mailed to Spinks on October 22 and got the card back on December 6, for a 45-day TAT.
