Some Storm Davis Autos From Michael

My friend, Michael, took some Orioles cards from.me recently to try to get signed, but they weren't delivered in time. I was disappointed, since USPS said they'd be there.  He ended up getting some Storm Davis cards signed anyway, so these were added to the autograph album. 

Michael sent me a 1991 Crown Orioles card, a 1986 Topps and a 1987 Donruss.

50-50s From Cam S

With still a lot of catching up to do from this past season, I really need to get some 50/50s scanned and posted.  Here is one from. This past season from my friend, Cam S.

Cam took a bunch of guys for me this year that helped me clear out a lot of space in my boxes.  The above Lucius Fox drove me crazy.  Cam told me that he could take Fox, and I had been waiting a long time to get this card signed.  I couldn't find it for a while after Cam messaged me. Finally, just as I stopped looking, I found the card while I was looking for something else.  It is finally signed and in my album. 

Cam hooked me up with a bunch of Robert Hassell, III autos, as well as guys that I had sent to others in past 50/50 attempts. Domingo Leyba had been in the Orioles system, and I had a bunch of cards put aside somewhere. Those were a pain to find, but I got them out, as well.

I had sent my Cole Henry cards out to someone else for Spring Training, but he wasn't able to get him. I was told Henry was tough, but Cam was able to get several of Henry's cards signed for me.

I was really.glad to get these old Rouglad Odor Kinston Indians cards signed.  I had a bunch of them pulled for someone's 50/50 last season (2022), but they didn't get done.  Cam finished off Hunter Goodman for me.  I had also pulled Jon Nunnally for someone, but he got missed.  He's taken care of now.

Here are the other Hassell cards that Cam helped me with.  I was glad to get my numbered refractor done, finally.

I had hoped to see Trey Lipscomb this summer either with Fredericksburg or Wilmington, but he moved up right before I saw each team.  I got a couple extras back to give to my friend, Jordan, since he is a big Tennessee fan.

Finally, I wasn't able to get Aaron Shortridge with Greensboro, so it was nice to get these three cards signed. 

I appreciate the help, Cam! I plan to continue this 50/50 relationship next season.

TTM Success - Buzz Stephen

Here is a nice 1970 Topps that I found at a recent show.  I sent it off TTM to Buzz Stephen and it came back signed nicely in blue pen.

Stephen (b. 1944) played in the majors in 1968 for the Twins.  He went 1-1 with 4 strike outs and a 4.76 ERA.

I mailed to Stephen on November 13 and got the card back on November 27, for a 14-day TAT. 

TTM Success - Bill Bradley

This TTM success from former Philadelphia Eagle, Bill Bradley, was a great one.  Bradley added some extra stuff and loaded the cards I sent with all kinds of inscriptions.  He included the above post card, also super inscribed.

He wrote me a nice letter on two index cards.  These were a reaply nice touch.  I like when folks write something back.  I always include hand-written notes with my TTM requests.

I sent two football cards, and Bradley sent an extra.  He filled each card up with ink.

He also included this little piece of note card, also signed.

Bradley (b. 1947) played professionally from 1969 to 1977 for the Eagles and Cardinals.  He led the league in interceptions two seasons in a row in 1971 and 1972.  He seems like an amazing guy. 

I mailed to Bradley on November 13 and got the cards back signed on November 27, for a 14-day TAT.  I got the idea to send to Bradley from my friend, Jesse, who showed me the awesome return he got.  I found some of Bradley's cards at a recent show and sent them along.  Thanks for the inspiration, Jesse!

Another TTM Success From Whitey Herzog

A couple more Whitey Herzog cards were added to the autograph album after I got some 2023 Panini blasters from Taylor.  The above 2023 Panini Select is a really nice looking card, and when I pulled it, I immediately decided it should get signed.

I, then, pulled this 2023 Panini Prizm, so the pair was sent out with $10 to Herzog.  Both cards look great.

I mailed to Herzog on November 4 and got the cards back on November 27, for a 23-day TAT. 

TTM Success - Dick Lines

Dick Lines may have an unfortunate name, but I was still glad to add his autograph to my album with this TTM success.  I sent off this 1968 Topps and got it back signed recently.

Lines (b. 1938) played in the majors from 1966 to 1967 for the Senators.  He had a record of 7-7 with 103 strike outs and a 2.83 ERA.

I mailed to Lines on November 16 and got the card back on November 25, for a 9-day TAT. 

Another TTM Success From JC Martin

Even more vintage cards were added to the autograph album when I got this TTM success back from JC Martin.  I had found this 1961 Topps at a recent show and paired it with the 1964 Topps (below) that I had found in Conrad's boxes. Both of the cards look great.

I had held onto this 64 Topps for a while since I had gotten Martin before, and I didn't want to send the card by itself.  I was holding out until I found another card to send.  I found the 61 and went ahead with the request.

I mailed to Martin on November 16 and got the cards back on November 25, for a 9-day TAT.
