So, guys, the deed was filed today and my house is officially sold!!!! Woo Hoo!!! Also, the Orioles got Kevin Millwood today for Chris Ray... a pitcher I was hoping would be released this year cause he stunk the place up. I'm pretty happy about that.

Congrats on the house from here as well. I know the Rangers wanted to dump salary, but Chris RAY!! I need to do some research.

I have mixed emotions about the trade for Millwood. We gave up so little so that is good news.
But Millwood is overpaid and so inconsistent. He is just as likely to have an era near 5 as he is to have a decent season.
The good news is Millwood tends to have his stronger years when he is up for a contract. Whether that is coincidence or not, I dunno.
