TTM Success - Larry Burright

The above 1963 Topps that I got back signed TTM from Larry Burright is a bit off center. Still, it is a very good looking card.  It was yes another pickup from a recent show.

Burright (b. 1937) played in the majors from 1962 to 1964 for the Dodgers and Mets.  He had 73 hits, 4 home runs and a .205 batting average. 

I mailed to Burright on November 21 and got the card back on December 1, for a 10-day TAT. 

TTM Success - Bobby Pfeil

Another vintage card that I picked up from one of the recent card shows came back signed TTM.  This 1970 Topps of Bobby Pfeil turned out nicely. I had picked up a handful of 1970 Topps at the two most recent shows that I went to in hopes of adding a few more of them to the autograph album. 

Pfeil (b. 1942) played in the majors in 1969 and 1971 for the Mets and Phillies.  He had 68 hits, 2 home runs and a .242 batting average.

I mailed to Pfeil on November 17 and got the card back on November 30, for a 13-day TAT. 

TTM Success - Mark Kiefer

Look out, it's a 1995 Fleer! The wackiest set had another card added to my autograph album with this TTM success from Mark Kiefer.  Man, I love 1995 Fleer.  It is such a weird set, and definitely had grown on me over the years.  They look cool signed, as well.

The 1995 Fleer is definitely what drove me to send to Kiefer, but these other three cards also turned out nicely.  I got a 1994 Collectors Choice, 1994 Flair and a 1996 Fleer signed.  

Kiefer (b. 1968) played in the majors from 1993 to 1996 for the Brewers.  He had a record of 5-1 with 61 strike outs and a 4.29 ERA.

I mailed to Kiefer on March 1 and got the cards back on November 30, for a 274-day TAT.

Another TTM Success From Jim Marshall

A couple weeks ago, at the Virginia Beach show, I picked up a few Jim Marshall cards to send TTM.  I jad gotten him before, back in 2020 on a 1958 Topps and my 1991 Crown Orioles card.  I wanted to add a few move vintage cards to the album, so I picked up the above 1960 Toppa, and the 1959 Topps and 1961 Topps shown below.

The cards look great. I think I got them at around $1.00, each.  That was a steal, as all three of them are in great shape.

I mailed to Marshall on November 13 and got the cards back on November 29, for a 16-day TAT.

TTM Success - Henry Cruz

This 1978 Topps that I got signed TTM by Henry Cruz is a nice card. It's very 70s with the collared uniform and sideburns.  The White Sox really had some questionable fashion choices over the years. 

Cruz (b. 1952) played in the majors from 1975 to 1978 for the Dodgers and White Sox. He had 64 hits, 8 home runs and a .229 batting average.

I mailed to Cruz on October 20 and got the card back on November 28, for a 39-day TAT. 

TTM Success - Tim Spehr

The autographs look a bit sad, but I still got a TTM success from Tim Spehr.  He needs a new marker. The above 1994 Topps didn't turn out too well. Still, it's signed and in my album. 

The above 1995 Topps turned out a little better.  

Spehr (b. 1966) played in the majors in 1991 and from 1993 to 1999 for the Royals, Expos, Braves and Mets.  He had 110 hits, 19 home runs and a .198 batting average.

I mailed to Spehr on October 18 and got the cards back on November 28, for a 41-day TAT.

TTM Success - Craig Anderson

This is another vintage card that came back signed TTM; this one being from Ctaig Anderson on a 1963 Topps.  The card turned out great and he inscribed it with 1962 Original Met.  That was a really nice addition.

Anderson (b. 1938) played in the majors from 1961 to 1964 for the Cardinals and Mets.  He had a record of 7-23 with 94 strike outs and a 5.10 ERA.

I mailed to Anderson on November 13 and got the card back on November 27, for a 14-day TAT.
