TTM Success - Kyle Sleeth

Here is a 2004 Topps that I got signed TTM recently by Kyle Sleeth. I remembered him from a poster that used to hang on a bathroom wall at the former card shop in Winston-Salem.

Sleeth (b. 1981) was a first round (3rd overall) pick by the Tigers in the 2004 June Amateur Draft out of Wake Forest.

He played in the minors in 2004, 2006 and 2007, in the Tigers system, reaching AA. He had a record of 12-21 with 192 strike outs and a 6.30 ERA.

I mailed to Sleeth on January 3 and got the card back on January 12, for a 9-day TAT.

TTM Success - Sean Keys

A few 2025 Topps Pro Debut cards came back signed TTM by Sean Keys. The above purple foil parallel turned out great.
I also sent a chrome and a base; both of these also look great.

Keys (b. 2003) was a 4th round pick by the Blue Jays in the 2024 June Amateur Draft out of Bucknell. He has played in the minors since 2024 in the Blue Jays system, reaching AA. So far in his career, he has 118 hits, 21 home runs and a .230 batting average.

I mailed to Keys on December 26 and got the cards back on January 10, for a 15-day TAT.

April 3-4, 2026 Graphing of the IronPigs at Bulls

Graphing season for 2026 has kicked off, and Jesse and I did really well this weekend in Durham. We went to see the Lehigh Valley IronPigs Friday and Saturday. Friday was interesting, since Phillies ace, Zack Wheeler was starting for Lehigh Valley. There were a ton of Phillies fans there, especially by the dugout pregame. The only IronPigs guys who stopped pregame were Adam Lind and Bryan De La Cruz. Lind signed the above 2010 Topps Chrome, becoming the first person to get me on the board this season.
A huge variety of cards got signed on the trip. I had to buy a couple Christian Cairo cards off of Ebay for the trip, and they were the last two cards that were signed Saturday night. We did so much better on Lehigh Valley outside the stadium both nights. Getting Genesis Cabrera was nice; it was nice to get some 2019 Bowman cards out of the box. He also signed a 2019 Bowman Heritage, which is always nice to add to the autograph album.
We got De La Cruz a few different times, and he helped add a bunch of cards to the album. A 2025 Topps Heritage High Number was signed by Connor Gillispie, and Seth Johnson hit my 2025 Topps.
Aside from Wheeler, Orion Kerkering was on a rehab assignment, as well. He was really cool and signed everything we had. He signed my first 2026 Topps Heritage.
Carter Kieboom and Pedro Leon are two guys who had been in the Box-of-Shame for a long time. I was glad to get a few of their cards out of there and into the album.
Griff McGarry is another guy who I had missed in the past. He signed everything we had by the bullpen after the game, Friday. He was a really nice guy. I hate that he walked in a ton of runs on Saturday.
Lou Trivino was really cool, as well. He talked to Jesse and I a bit. Jesse took his picture with his Polaroid (yes, Jesse has a Polaroid), and got the picture signed after the game.
I was really glad to get my Trevor Richards 2019 Stadium Club signed. The cards I had of him all had logged a lot of frequent flyer miles, as they had been sent to Chiacago and back for Max to try and get signed a while back.
Saturday, Jesse and I tried graphing on the Bulls dugout. The big get for us was Gavin Lux, who signed one per for us. The card I got was a 2022 Panini Capstone. It turned out great.  I didn't have any Brody Hopkins in my huge pile of 2025 Topps Pro Debut, for some reason. Gerard sent me some, so I was able to add him to the album. He outpitched Wheeler, which was cool.
I finally got a Jacob Melton signed. I missed him last season with Sugar Land. I finally saw Victor Mesa, Jr., and just happened to get the cards back of him that I had sent Max, which worked out great for me. I was glad to get his 2021 Topps Heritage Minors done. I love that set. If I were to work on a more recent set, that one might be it.
I was happy to get my 2024 Topps Edward Olivares purple shimmer parallel signed. He got hurt Friday, and left Saturday as we were out graphing on the sidewalk. I hate that he got hurt. Joe Rock walked on the other side of the street, but we were able to get him. He signed a 2026 Topps, which was cool.
One of the cool things that I got signed this weekend was this MLB debut ticket of Carter Kieboom. Michael had sent me the ticket earlier in the week, and I decided to take it along to try and get it signed. I told him about it, to which he replied "oh that's sick!"
While I was waiting in line for my obligatory Rita's gelati, I ran into one of my former geology professors from UNCC, Kevin Headd. We have kept in touch over the years via Facebook; and he used to come into the store I worked at back then. He is such a good guy. He took this selfie while I was in line.
Kevin met us outside the stadium and graphed with us. I helped him identify some if the players and hooked him up with a marker. His wife took a few pictures while we were at work. Here is one she took of us getting Blake Sabol.
Here is another with Carlos Colmenarez. I was so happy to run into Kevin, and let him see a little bit of what I'm always posting about on Facebook.

In all, I got the following autographs: Carlos Colmenarez x 6, Logan Davidson x 3, Luis Guerrero x 2, Brody Hopkins x 4, Justyn-Henry Malloy x 2, Trevor Martin x 3, Jacob Melton x 2, Victor Mesa x 5, Tre Morgan x 4, Edward Olivares x 2, Joe Rock x 6, Blake Sabol x 2, Wool E Bull x 2, Sergio Alcantara x 5, Genesis Cabrera x 6, Bryan De La Cruz x 10, Connor Gillispie x 1, Jonathan Hernandez x 2, Seth Johnson x 2, Orion Kerkering x 7, Pedro Leon x 4, Adam Lind x 1, Griff McGarry x 5, Robert Moore x 7, Trevor Richards x 7, Chase Shugart x 1, Lou Trivino x 3, Chris Clark x 4, Gavin Lux x 2, Kodi Whitley x 2, Christian Cairo x 2 and Carter Kieboom x 5 (119 total autographs).

TTM Success - Cole Phillips

Cole Phillips is a guy who I had hoped I would have seen with Augusta when they came through Kinston. I never got to see him there, so I sent out a couple of his cards TTM to try to add him to my autograph album that way. The above 2023 Panini Chronicles turned out nicely, I think. I have no idea where I found that card, but it is unique, and looks good in its slot in the album.
I also sent this 2023 Topps Pro Debut, which turned out ok. The marker looks like it is dying, or maybe I didn't prep the card well enough. Still, it's signed, and not taking up space in one of my boxes.

Phillips (b. 2003) was a 2nd round pick by the Braves in the 2022 July Amateur Draft out of Boerne High School in Texas. Interestingly, he had no professional stats. He is listed now in the Brewers organization, but is on their 60-day IL. In 2023, he was sent, along with Jackson Kowar, to the Mariners for Marco Gonzales, Jarred Kelenic and Evan White. He was then picked up by the Brewers in the AAA phase of the Rule V draft this past offseason. He has been injured since the 2024 season.

I mailed to Phillips on December 13 and got the cards back on January 10, for a 28-day TAT.

TTM Success - James Boone

This 2005 Bowman of James Boone is another card that I got from my friend Ryan, and it also was sent out TTM for signature. It came back signed in black Sharpie, and looks great.

Boone (b. 1983) was a 3rd round pick by the Pirates in the 2005 June Amateur Draft out of the University of Missouri. He played in the minors from 2005 to 2009 in the Pirates system, reaching AA Altoona. He had 278 hits, 29 home runs and a .246 batting average.

I mailed to Boone on December 11 and got the card back on January 9, for a 29-day TAT.

TTM Success - Matt Parker

This 2002 Bowman that I got signed TTM by Matt Parker was another from the batch of early 2000s Bowmans that Ryan sent me. I used those cards after this season to give me a bunch of guys to send to, and hope for some good returns. I do enjoy getting older. Bowmans signed, especially guys I've never heard of.

Parker (b. 1978) was a 31st round pick by the Cardinals in the 1999 June Amateur Draft out of Mercer. He played in the minors from 1999 to 2004 in the Cardinals, Brewers and Devil Rays systems, reaching AAA (Durham, actually).

He had a record of 35-31 with 472 strike outs and a 3.86 ERA. I mailed to Parker on December 24 and got the card back on January 8, for a 15-day TAT.

Another TTM Success From Carl Yastrzemski

This 2019 Topps short print of Dustin Pedroia is going to be a cool project to complete. I signed up for a private signing with Carl Yastrzemski back in October. The card came back in November, but it was smeared. The promoter took the card back, and this card that I picked up to replace it got signed. It took a while, but all has been resolved. The card looks great, and now I have to wait on a Dustin Pedroia signing.

I mailed to the original signing on October 24 and got the card back on November 29, for a 36-day TAT. I sent the replacement card in December and got this one back today, in about 3 months (I didn't write down what day I sent the replacement out). I paid... way too much...

TTM Success - Brandon Cunniff

This 2015 Topps Update of Brandon Cunniff is a fairly recent card that I was able to get signed TTM. 2015 Topps was such a cool set. I know a couple people who are working on signed sets from that year; I can't do it, since I am working on 1987 still.

Cunniff (b. 1988) played in the majors in 2015 and 2016 for the Braves. He had a record of  4-2 with 53 strike outs and a 4.50 ERA.

I mailed to Cunniff on December 19 and got the card back on January 6, for an 18-day TAT.

TTM Success - Jason Smith

Here is a 2007 Topps Update of Jason Smith that I found in my boxes. I saw that he signed TTM, so I sent the card off. He signed it, of course. The foil on the card doesn't scan too well, but 2007 is still a cool design.

Smith (b. 1977) played in the majors from 2001 to 2009 for the Cubs, Devil Rays, Tigers, Rockies, Blue Jays, Diamondbacks, Royals and Astros. He had 122 hits, 17 home runs and a .212 batting average.

I mailed to Smith on December 18 and got the card back on January 6, for a 19-day TAT.

TTM Success - Allan Ramirez

An Oriole who had eluded me for some time was finally added to the autograph album when I got two cards back signed TTM from Allan Ramirez. The above 1984 Topps turned out great. I had this card pulled for a while, but I missed a signing and had to hold the card and wait for the next one. I saw that Ramirez was signing TTM, so I located the card and sent it out.
I also sent the above 1991 Crown Orioles card out and got it back.

Ramirez (b. 1957) played in the majors in 1983 for the Orioles. He went 4-4 with 20 strike outs and a 3.47 ERA.

I mailed to Ramirez on December 15 and got the cards back on January 5 for a 21-day TAT.

Another TTM Success From Rich Reese

This 1969 Topps of Rich Reese was another card that I found recently at a card show. I had gotten Reese in the past, but wanted to add a 1969 Topps to the autograph album.

I had gotten Reese TTM in 2023 on a 1971 Topps. Getting this 1969 done as well was nice

I mailed to Reese on December 8 and got the card back on January 5, for a 28-day TAT.

Friday, March 27, 2026

TTM Success - Chip Lohmiller

This 1993 Action Packed ABC's Monday Night Football card of Chip Lohmiller is a pretty cool card that Jesse found in a box at a card show. He was with me and told me that Lohmiller signed TTM, so I figured it would look cool in my autograph album. I was right.

Lohmiller (b. 1966) played professionally from 1988 to 1996 for the Redskins, Saints and Rams. He made 204 field goals with a 71.8% success rate. He won Super Bowl XXVI with the Redskins.

I mailed to Lohmiller on December 24 and got the card back on January 2, for a 9-day TAT.

Thursday, March 26, 2026

TTM Success - Scotty Layfield

Another early 2000s Bowman that Ryan sent me came back signed TTM recently. This 2002 Bowman of Scotty Layfield turned out well. I like the 2002 Bowman design; it os easy to recognize, unlike some of the other early 2000s Bowman designs, which all look similar.

Layfield (b. 1976) was a 20th round pick by the Cardinals in the 1999 June Amateur Draft out of Valdosta State University. He played in the minors from 1999 to 2003 in the Cardinals system, reaching AAA. He had a record of 11-15 with 222 strike outs and a 3.23 ERA.

I mailed to Layfield on December 12 and got the card back on January 3, for a 22-day TAT.

Wednesday, March 25, 2026

TTM Success - John Fulgham

Finding early 80s cards to send out TTM are getting tougher to find these days. I did pull a couple of John Fulgham, who I hadn't sent to before. Above is a 1980 Topps, which turned out great.
I also got a 1981 Topps signed. This card is really sharp, and looks great. I always have liked this set, but am running low on bulk cards from the set. On one hand, I like clearing out the space in my boxes; on the other hand, I loke having options to send out. It's a conundrum.

Fulgham (b. 1956) played in the majors in 1979 and 1980 for the Cardinals. He had a record of 14-12 with 123 strike outs and a 2.84 ERA.

I mailed to Fulgham on December 2 and got the cards back on January 2, for a 31-day TAT. I paid his fee of $5.00/card.

Tuesday, March 24, 2026

TTM Success - Derell McCall

Here are two Derell McCall cards that I was able to get signed TTM. I'm pretty sure that the above 2003 Bowman came from the stack of early 2000s Bowman that Ryan sent me.  I think the below 2003 Topps came out of my own box.
McCall (b. 1981) was a 10th round pick by the A's in the 2000 June Amateur Draft out of J. M. Tate High School in Florida. He played in the minors from 2000 to 2004 and 2007 to 2009 in the A's and Marlins systems. He reached AA in affiliated ball and also bounced around the independent leagues for a bit.

In the minors, McCall had a record of 45-52 with 531 strike outs and a 4.29 ERA. I mailed to McCall on December 10 and got the cards back on December 30, for a 20-day TAT.

Monday, March 23, 2026

TTM Success - Mitch Harris

A 2015 Topps Update of Mitch Harris was rescued from my Topps box during a recent pass through my boxes. I was trying to find some recent cards to send out, and I saw that Harris signed pretty regularly. He signed my card in blue Sharpie.

Harris (b. 1985) played in the majors in 2015 for the Cardinals. He had a record of 2-1 with 15 strike outs and a 3.67 ERA.

I mailed to Harris on November 19 and got the card back on December 30, for a 41-day TAT.

Another TTM Success From Bill Russell

When I saw a recent private signing for Bill Russell, I had completely forgotten that he was in the 1987 Topps set, and that I had already gotten him through a signing in 2021. Oh well. I saw the name pop up, and I searched my vintage boxes for the above 1976 Topps. It's a nice card, and in the end, I'm glad I found it to send off.

I like the 1976 set, and it was fitting, since 1976 was the theme for this past year's Topps Heritage set. I believe i saw a post earlier today showing that 2026 Heritage is out, so I'll probably have to get myself a box.

I mailed to the Russell signing on November 12 and got the card back on December 30, for a 48-day TAT. I paid a fee of $15.00.

Saturday, March 21, 2026

Another TTM Success From Bill Wertz

While looking through my 1993 Bowman box, I pulled this Bill Wertz to send out TTM. I had forgotten thatI had gotten him before, but it's ok; I hadn't gotten a 93 Bowman done. The card turned out nicely. 1993 Bowman is a sharp set, mainly due to its simplicity.

I mailed to Wertz on November 3 and got the card back on December 29, for a 56-day TAT.

Friday, March 20, 2026

TTM Success - John Aiello

While looking through boxes at a recent show, I found this 2013 Panini USA card of John Aiello. I checked him on SCN and saw he had a high success rate for TTM, but no returns since 2021. I gave it a shot and sent to him anyway, and got the card back signed not too long after.

Aiello (b. 1997) was a 14th round pick by the Blue Jays in the 2018 June Amateur Draft out of Wake Forest University. He played in the minors in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 in the Blue Jays system, reaching AAA. He had 178 hits, 19 home runs and a .276 batting average.

I mailed to Aiello on December 9 and got the card back on December 29, for a 20-day TAT.

Thursday, March 19, 2026

TTM Success - Ryan Tatusko

Yet another 2011 Bowman Chrome was pulled from the Bowman box and sent out TTM for signature. I found a working address for Ryan Tatusko and mailed the card out. The marker he used seems a little rough, but in the end, the card is still signed. It could very well have come from him putting the card back in the envelope while it was still wet.

Tatusko (b. 1985) was an 18th round pick by the Rangers in the 2007 June Amateur Draft out of Indiana State University. He played in the minors from 2007 to 2014 in the Rangers and Nationals systems. He had a record of 45-53 with 627 strike outs and a 3.93 ERA. He would reach AAA before calling it a career.

I mailed to Tatusko on December 12 snd got the card back on December 29 for a 17-day TAT.

Wednesday, March 18, 2026

Another TTM Success From Don Buford

Another 1991 Crown Orioles card was put into the autograph album when this one came back signed TTM from Don Buford. I originally got Buford to sign TTM back in 2016, well before I bought the Crown set off of Chandy at a card show. Chandy was a good man; i was very sad when he passed away a couple years ago. I'm glad the set was bought from him, since many of the cards from the set will live on in my autograph album.

I mailed to Buford on December 15 and got the card back on December 27 for a 12-day TAT. I paid his fee of $5.00.

Tuesday, March 17, 2026

TTM Success - Jason Szuminski

This 2004 Bowman of Jason Szuminski was another card that came from Ryan. I sent it out TTM, and it came back signed in black Sharpie.

Szumimski (b. 1978) played in the majors in 2004 for the Padres. He had no record, 5 strike outs and a 7.20 ERA.

I mailed to Szuminski on December 17 and got the card back on December 27, for a 10-day TAT.

Monday, March 16, 2026

Another TTM Success From Bill Lee

Bill Spaceman Lee is always a fun addition to the autograph album. I found this 2023 Panini Zenith in a box at a card show. The card is really cool, and turned out nicely, once it was signed.

I mailed to Lee on December 13 and got the card back on December 27, for a 14-day TAT.

Sunday, March 15, 2026

Another TTM Success From Rich Morales

Another 1971 Topps was added to the autograph album when this card from Rich Morales came back signed TTM. His marker looks like it may be about to dry out, but the signature still looks good. I had originally gotten Morales to sign TTM back in 2020 on two cards.

I mailed to Morales on November 25 and got the card back on December 27, for a 32-day TAT.

Saturday, March 14, 2026

TTM Success - Brian Dallimore

One of the 2004 Bowman Chrome cards that Ryan sent me came back signed TTM by Brian Dallimore. 2004 Bowman is a sharp looking set, and the card looks good signed (even though the signature is hard to see in the scan).

Dallimore (b. 1973) played in the majors in 2004 and 2005 for the Giants. He had 13 hits, 1 home run and a .260 batting average.

I mailed to Dallimore on September 4 abd got the card back on December 27, for a 114-day TAT.

Friday, March 13, 2026

TTM Success - Jim Driscoll

This 1971 Topps Athletics Rookie Stars card was sitting in my to-be-TTMed box for quite a while until I finally sent it out to Jim Driscoll. I don't think the card came from Conrad's bulk 1971 box; I feel like I found it at a card show. I knew I wouldn't complete the card, as Angel Mangual passed away in 2021. Still, it's a cool card, and I'm happy to get some ink on it.

Driscoll (b. 1944) played in the majors in 1970 and 1972 for the A's and Rangers. He had 10 hits, 1 home run and a .143 batting average.

I mailed to Driscoll on December 8 and got the card back on December 24, for a 16-day TAT.

Thursday, March 12, 2026

TTM Success - Jace Brewer

Another Bowman card that Ryan sent me was sent out TTM to Jace Brewer for an autograph. He included his own card (the above 2000 Fleer Tradition), which was a nice touch.
The card Ryan gave me was the above 2001 Bowman. The card turned out great, as well.

Brewer (b. 1979) was a 5th round pick by the Devil Rays in the 2000 June Amateur Draft out of Baylor University. He played in the minors from 2000 to 2007 in the Devil Rays, Rangers and Royals systems, reaching AAA. He had 636 hits, 30 home runs and a .251 batting average.

I mailed to Brewer on December 4 and got the cards back on December 23, for a 19-day TAT.

Wednesday, March 11, 2026

TTM Success - Logan Moore

A couple more random Bowman cards were pulled from the box and sent out TTM. These two 2011 Bowman Logan Moore cards turned out nicely when they were signed. It's hard to believe 2011 Bowman was released 15 years ago. It's fun to find some guys from those older sets who sign TTM; it seems they're happy to hear from a fan these days.
Moore (b. 1990) was a 9th round pick by the Phillies in the 2011 June Amateur Draft out of Northeastern Junior College in Colorado. He played in the minors from 2011 to 2018 and 2021 in the Phillies system, reaching AAA. He had 387 hits, 28 home runs and a .217 batting average. He kept his career going into 2025 while playing in the independent leagues. He had played at High Point for a couple seasons, and I missed him.

I mailed to Moore on November 19 and got the cards back on December 20, for a 31-day TAT.

Tuesday, March 10, 2026

TTM Success - Jim Cole

Another card from the 1996 Bowman hobby box that I busted at Andrew's house a long time ago came back signed TTM. Periodically, I go through those Bowmans and pull a few for TTMs. This Jim Cole was in this batch, and came back looking nice.

Cole (b. 1971) was a 27th-round pick by the Brewers in the June 1993 Amateur Draft out of Mercer University. He played in the minors from 1993 to 1995 in the Brewers system, reaching AA. He had a record of 27-13, with 269 strike outs and a 3.66 ERA. He was 18-5 with a 3.32 ERA for Single A Beloit in 1994. It looks like he struggled in the Texas League (AA) and his career ended.

I mailed to Cole on October 29 and got the card back on December 18, for a 50-day TAT.
