Another TTM Success From Andy Van Slyke

Back in 2018, I got Andy Van Slyke to sign my 1987 Topps card TTM. Enough time had passed, so I sent to him again once I got a few nice cards together. The 2018 success was through a private signing. This time around, I sent to him directly. 

He signed the above 1992 Topps, which looks awesome. 

He also signed a 1987 Fleer Update (above, left), a 1995 Upper Deck (above, middle) and a 2023 Panini Prizm pink parallel (above, right). The 1995 Upper Deck adds an Orioles card to the collection. That's always a good thing.

I mailed to Van Slyke on January 3 and got the cards back on January 28, for a 25-day TAT. I paid a fee of $5.00/card.

TTM Success - Guy Hoffman

Here are a few 80s cards that I got back signed TTM from Guy Hoffman.  The above 1980 Topps White Sox Future Stars card looks pretty cool.

Above left is a 1987 Fleer Update and above right is a 1988 Topps.  Hoffman inscribed both of these for me, and both look great.

Hoffman (b. 1956) played in the majors in 1979, 1980, 1983 and from 1986 to  1988 for the White Sox, Cubs, Reds and Rangers.  He had a record of 17-17 with 187 strike outs and a 4.25 ERA.

I mailed to Hoffman on October 31 and got the cards back on November 26 for a 26-day TAT. 

TTM Success - Ken Williams

Here are some nice late 80s cards that I got back signed from Ken William.  The above 1988 Score is really nice.  That is a pretty good year of cards if you like bright, bold colors on your borders.

Actually, every card I picked of Williams was pretty bold in color.  A lot of blue on this post.  The 1987 Fleer Update and 1988 Donruss both look really cool when signed.

Williams (b. 1964) played in the majors from 1986 to 1991 for the White Sox, Tigers, Blue Jays and Expos.  He had 252 hits, 27 home runs and a .218 batting average.

I mailed to Williams on May 9, 2019, and got the cards back on February 1, 2020, for a 268-day TAT.
