Abbott (b. 1967) is the famed pitcher who only had one hand. He would throw a pitch and quickly move his glove to that hand to field the ball. He played in the majors from 1989 to 1996, 1998 and 1999 for the Angels, Yankees, White Sox and Brewers. He had a record of 87-108 with 888 strike outs and a 4.25 ERA. He finished 3rd in the 1991 AL Cy Young Race. He appeared on the 2005 Hall of Fame ballot and received only 2.5% of the vote.
I mailed to the signing on October 10 and got the card back on November 5 for a 26-day TAT. I paid a fee of $45.00.
