Jim Pearce (b. 1925 - d. 2005) played in the majors from 1949 to 1950 and 1953 to 1955 for the Senators and Reds. He retired with a record of 3-4, 22 strikeouts and an ERA of 5.78. He was from Zebulon, NC, the current home of the Carolina Mudcats.(DECEASED 90)
