Instagram Deal With Dalton

I got a message from my buddy Dalton not too long ago saying that he was in a bind for money, and would be willing to sell me the above Andrew McCutchen relic/auto for a good price.  The price was so good, I can't remember what it was.  Oh well.  The card is pretty nice, I think.  I had one other McCutchen auto, and this one is the better of the two.

Dalton felt bad that he is always hitting me up for money, so he threw these relics/autos in the package.  I was really surprised to see the Killebrew in the package, as he is a huge Twins fan.  I have some other friends who PC Killebrew, so I anticipate some offers on that one.

This 2013 Bowman Inception Jake Marisnick auto is a pretty nice card as well.  I don't know much about the player, but the design of the card is really nice.

Finally, I got a laugh when Dalton included this IP auto of Dallas Mavericks player, Dwight Powell.  I do not follow basketball at all.  I just thought it was cool that kids are getting the wood floor samples from Home Depot and using them for autograph pieces.  Pretty ingenious.  It's a pretty big hunk of wood, too.

So, thanks for the deal, Dalton.  I like all of the stuff.

Even More Stuff Added To My COMC Page

I wanted to let everyone know that another batch of my cards has finally been posted on COMC.  One of which is the above basketball card that I had for some reason.  It is listed at $2.50.  I also have an Anthony Rendon 2013 Bowman Platinum Atomic parallel numbered to 5.  That one is for the higher end collectors, haha.  There are 2 Yaseil Puigs.  A Cliff Lee Silver Slate parallel, a Jake Marisnick Bowman Chrome Blue auto refractor, a ton of 2013 Topps Chrome refractors and parallels and lots of other stuff.  Please take a look!  I want to flip that stuff for my PC and set needs.  I got some stuff last night, but there are still a ton of cards on my wishlist.  Thanks for looking!

January 17, 2013 Trip to the Card Shop

I posted yesterday that I went to the Greenville card shop to pick up some team bags for a project that Ryan and I are working on.  I discussed the two packs of 2012 Panini Golden Age that I got.  Well, I also got a couple packs of 2012 Bowman.  I picked up one pack of Bowman Chrome and pulled the above Blue Refractor auto of Jays prospect Jake Marisnick.  Pretty sweet card, if you ask me.

I also got one pack of 2012 Bowman Platinum and the highlight of the pack was the above Giancarlo Stanton.  There wasn't much else to speak of in the pack.  I'll probably hold onto the Stanton, though.  Everything else will likely go out in trades.
