Garcia (b. 1950) played in the majors from 1973 to 1977 for the Brewers, Tigers and Blue Jays. He had 395 hits, 37 home runs and a .220 batting average. He finished second in the 1973 AL Rookie of the Year voting to Al Bumbry.
I mailed to Garcia on November 4 and got the card back on November 13, for a 9-day TAT. I paid his fee of $5/card.

That one and Eduardo Rodriguez (same team) were two of the first cards I ever owned. That was my favorite, at least until I figured out who that Yastrzemski guy was.
