This TTM success from Luis Alicea covered a lot of ground. He had cards in the 80s, 90s and 00s, and I spanned those decades with the cards that I sent. The above 1998 Topps was maybe the nicest of them all, with his jumping throw to turn a double play.
I also added his 1989, 1995 and 2001 Topps to the collection. The all turned our really well.
Alicea (b. 1965) played in the majors in 1988 and from 1991 to 2002 for the Cardinals, Red Sox, Angels, Rangers and Royals. He had 1,031 hits, 47 home runs and a .260 batting average.
I mailed to Alicea on February 5 and got the cards back on March 8, for a 31-day TAT.
