TTM Success - Ritchie Moody

A couple cards from 1993 got added to the autograph album when I got this TTM success back from Ritchie Moody.  I always liked these 1993 Topps Draft Pick cards.  The most famous one is the Jeter rookie, of course.
I also had this 1993 Bowman of Moody, so i sent it out as well.

Moody (b. 1971) was a 2nd round pick by the Rangers in the 1992 June Amateur Draft out of Oklahoma State. He played in the Rangers systems from 1992 to 1997, reaching AAA.  Je had a record of 6-16 with 219 strike outs and a 3.91 ERA.

I mailed to Moody on December 27 and got the cards back on March 8 for a 71-day TAT.

TTM Success - Frank Bolick

A few TTMs have trickled in slowly lately; they've slowed down since I have sent a lot less lately with the season starting.  I got this one from Frank Bolick that took some early 90s cards out of the boxes.
Bolick (b. 1966) played in the majors in 1993 and 1998 for the Expos and Angels.  He had 52 hits, 5 home runs and a .202 batting average.

I mailed to Bolick on March 27 and got the cards back on April 12, for a 16-day TAT.

TTM Success - Donnie Elliott

The above 1993 Richmond Braves team set card of Donnie Elliott drove me to send to him TTM.  The card is pretty cool, and turned out nicely.
I also sent a 1993 Bowman and a 1994 Collectors Choice silver signature.  The Bowman smeared just a bit, but looks nice.

Elliott (b. 1968) played in the majors from 1994 to 1995 for the Padres. He had a record of 0-1, with 27 strike outs and a 3.09 ERA.

I mailed to Elliott on January 8 and got the cards back on March 26, for a 78-day TAT.

Another TTM Success From Steve Farr

While going through my boxes, I ran into a bunch of cards of Steve Farr.  I last sent to him in 2019, so I figured it was a good time to send off some more.  The 1993 Bowman above turned out nicely.
I sent two different 1991 Upper Decks.  I usually skip that set since it is kind of plain, in my opinion.  The cards are clean and all, but they usually don't supercede Topps cards.  This time, though, I thought it was cool that he had two different cards in the set.

I also sent off a 1990 Topps and a 1994 Topps Stadium Club.  All of the cards turned out great.

I mailed to Farr on January 11 and got the cards back on February 2, for a 22-day TAT.

TTM Success - Todd Zeile

This TTM success from Todd Zeile was one I was really excited about.  He was someone I grew up watching and hadn't seemed to.be someone who signed a whole lot.  Then, I saw some successes from him and realized he had been signing a good bit recently.  A couple trips through some boxes yielded a few nice cards, and I sent them along.  The above 1994 Topps turned out great.  Any time I can add a 94 to the album, I'm going to take it.  It is an underrated and underrepresented set in my autograph album.
I also got this nice horizontal 2003 Topps done.  It turned out nicely.
I sent several other Zeile cards, including a 1990 Topps, 1993 Bowman, 1996 Pinnacle and 1990 Bowman.  All of them will look great in my album.

Zeile (b. 1965) played in the majors from 1989 to 2004 for the Cardinals, Cubs, Phillies, Orioles, Dodgers, Marlins, Rangers, Mets, Rockies, Yankees and Expos.  He had 2,004 hits, 253 home runs and a .265 batting average.  He appeared in the 2010 Hall of Fame ballot, but received no votes.

I mailed to Zeile on September 30 and got the cards back on January 29, for a 121-day TAT.

TTM Success - Joe Kmak

Here are a couple middle 90s card that I got signed TTM from Joe Kmak.  The above 1993 Bowman turned out nicely.
I also got a 1993 Pinnacle signed, and it also turned out great.

Kmak (b. 1963) played in the majors in 1993 and 1995 for the Brewers and Cubs.  He had 37 hits, 1 home run and a .227 batting average.

I mailed to Kmak on December 7 and got the cards back on December 19, for a 12-day TAT.

TTM Success - Billy Brewer

Here are some mid-90s junk wax cards that I added to my autograph album via this TTM success from Billy Brewer.  The above 1994 Stadium Club turned out nicely; I had forgotten about this set, but really like it.  The label-maker design was a unique one, to say the least, but it allowed for a full photo on the card, and they tended to look pretty decent.
I also got a 1993 Bowman and a 1994 Fleer Ultra, as well.  Both of these are nice.

Brewer (b. 1968) played in the majors from 1993 to 1999 for the Royals, Yankees, A's and Phillies.  He had a record of 11-11 with 137 strike outs and a 4.79 ERA.

I mailed to Brewer on February 2 and got the cards back on May 20, for a 107-day TAT.

TTM Success - Sam Militello

This TTM success from Sam Militello is highlighted by the awesome Carolina League all star card that I happened to find in one of the boxes from my former LCS. I was really happy to get this signed; I am also disappointed that there still is no Carolina League All Star game this season. I doubt they'll reinstate one; they haven't even put out a Carolina League top prospects set like other leagues have done. MLB taking over the minors still has me irritated.
Anyway, I had quite a few cards for Militello and I was able to send them off. They all turned out nicely.

Militello (b. 1969) played in the majors from 1992 to 1993 for the Yankees. He had a record of 4-4 with 47 strike outs and a 3.89 ERA. I mailed to Militello on March 28 and got the cards back on April 23, for a 26-day TAT.

TTM Success - Sean Runyan

When I go through my boxes, I try to find some guys to send to that folks may not have heard of, who I may be able to get to sign some older cards.  A lot of times, I find players who had older Bowman cards that I have never heard of, and some of them are fun to send out and see if the cards come back.  This is a 1993 Bowman that I got back signed TTM from Sean Runyan.

Runyan (b. 1974) played in the majors from 1998 to 2000 for the Tigers.  He went 1-5 with 46 strike outs and a 3.66 ERA.

I mailed to Runyan on January 27 and got the card back on February 19, for a 23-day TAT.

TTM Success - Gettys Glaze

Here is a player who's name jumped out at me as I was going through my box of 1993 Bowman.  Gettys Glaze isn't a name I had seen before, so I pulled the card and checked to see if he signed TTM.  I saw that he did, so I sent the card off for signature.  It came back signed in black Sharpie, and looks pretty decent.

Glaze (b. 1970) was a 15th round pick by the Red Sox in the 1992 June Amateur Draft out of The Citadel.  He played in the minors from 1992 to 1994, all in the Red Sox system, reaching AA.  He had a record of 16-23 with 312 strike outs and a 3.72 ERA.

I mailed to Glaze on February 8 and got the card back on February 16, for an 8-day TAT.

TTM Success - Scott Pose

Here is a random card I pulled from my 1993 Bowman box and got signed TTM.  This Scott Pose 93 Bowman turned out fairly well, even though it is kind of hard to see his actual autograph.

Pose (b. 1967) played in the majors in 1993, 1997, 1999 and 2000 for the Marlins, Yankees and Royals.  He had 75 hits, no home runs and a .240 batting average.

I mailed to Pose on February 4 and got the card back on February 11, for a 7-day TAT.

TTM Success - Paul Wagner

There were a bunch of Paul Wagner cards in my TTM box.  He signs a lot, so I went ahead and sent 7 cards, since I couldn't decide on ones to hold back.  I don't mind if a player decides to not sign something I send, so I didn't see much of an issue with sending 7 cards.  That is the max I would send, though, in case someone was wondering.
The cards I sent all turned out great. They'll look good in my autograph album, especially the 1991 Carolina League All Star card.

Wagner (b. 1967) played in the majors from 1992 to 1999 for the Pirates, Brewers and Indians.  He had a record of 29-45 with 452 strike outs and a 4.83 ERA.

I mailed to Wagner on May 10 and got the cards back on June 15, for a 36-day TAT.

TTM Success - Doug Dascenzo

I got a few 90s junk wax cards out of my boxes with this TTM success from Doug Dascenzo.  I actually thought I had more of his cards; Dascenzo is one of those guys that you feel like you see his name all the time when looking through cards.  Of course, when it came time to pull his stuff, I only found these three.  Oh well.  They turned out really well, and I'm glad I was able to get them signed.
Dascenzo (b. 1964) played in the majors from 1988 to 1993 and 1996 for the Cubs, Rangers and Padres.  He had 287 hits, 5 home runs and a .234 batting average.

I mailed to Dascnzo on October 27 and got the cards back on November 5, for a 9-day TAT.

Another TTM Success From Rich Becker

I had gotten Rich Becker TTM once before, back in May 2017, so I figured it was time to send to him again.  I had a bunch of nice cards, and needed to make room in my box.  The above 1994 Upper Deck Electric Diamond turned out really well.  It was pretty much the card that inspired me to send to him again.
I also sent a 1993 Bowman, 1998 Stadium Club, 1998 Topps and a 2001 Topps.

I mailed to Becker on October 26 and got the cards back on November 3, for an 8-day TAT.

TTM Success - Joe Rosselli

Yeah, 1995 Fleer gets a bad rap.  It is the freakiest set out there, and it gives you a headache for sure.  Still, I'm a big fan of getting the cards signed.  There's just something about how they look when signed.  I got the above 1995 Fleer signed TTM by Joe Rosselli recently.  This was the card that made me look him up to see if he signed, and it sat in my box for a long time while I built a request around it.  I somehow accumulated other Rosselli cards without even trying, really, and finally sent them out.
I got Rosselli's 1992 Classic Best, 1993 CLassic Best, 1993 Bowman and 1994 Fleer Ultra signed, as well.

Rosselli (b. 1972) played in the majors in 1995 for the Giants.  He went 2-1 with 7 strike outs and a 8.70 ERA.

I mailed to Rosselli on August 12 and got the cards back on September 12, for a 31-day TAT.

TTM Success - Bill Risley

The above 1995 Topps card made me take a look and see if Bill Risley signed TTM.  When I saw that he did, I found a couple other cards and sent them along.  Risley's signature is interesting, for sure.  Still, the cards are signed and look pretty cool.
Risley (b. 1967) played in the majors from 1992 to 1998 for the Expos, Mariners and Blue Jays.  He had a career record of 15-13 with 203 strike outs and a 3.98 ERA.

I mailed to Risley on August 4 and got the cards back on August 24 for a 20-day TAT.

TTM Success - Russ Davis

Here are some nice 90s cards that I was able to get signed TTM by Russ Davis.  Ok, some 90s and one 2000.  Anyway, the above 1995 Collectors Choice SE turned out pretty great, I think.
I had a ton of Davis cards, and had to narrow it down to just 4 to send to him, so I went with cards and sets that were underrepresented in my albums.  Not bad choices, I think.

Davis (b. 1969) played in the majors from 1994 to 2001 for the Yankees, Mariners and Giants.  He had 508 hits, 84 home runs and a .257 batting average.

I mailed to Davis on July 20 and got the cards back on July 30, for a 10-day TAT.

TTM Success - Rey Sanchez

I was able to get quite a few cards signed by Rey Sanchez when I sent these to him TTM.  All of the cards turned out well, especially this 1993 Bowman.
I liked the variety of cards that I sent him, and they all look really good in my album.

Sanchez (b. 1967) played in the majors from 1991 to 2005 for the Cubs, Yankees, Giants, Royals, Braves, Red Sox, Mets, Mariners and Devil Rays.  He had 1,317 hits, 15 home runs and a .272 batting average.

I mailed to Sanchez on May 22 and got the cards back on November 19, for a 181-day TAT.

TTM Success - Orlando Palmeiro

I held this 2002 Topps Orlando Palmeiro card for a while, meaning to send it TTM to him.  My problem was, I knew I could find more of his cards, but for some reason, I didn't have many.
Over time I picked up some boxes of 90s stuff, and ended up with the 1993 Bowman.  I busted my box f 1996 Fleer that was in my closet, and found his card in there, and finally, I picked up the sets of 2003 and 2005 Topps at the LCS that were going to be trashed, and found two of his cards there.

Palmeiro (b. 1969) played in the majors from 1995 to 2007 for the Angels, Cardinals and Astros.  He had 640 hits, 12 home runs and a .274 batting average.  He won the World Series 2002 with the Angels.

I thought I saw that Palmeiro was cousins with Rafael Palmeiro, but now I can't find anything to back that up.  I'm pretty sure they are cousins.

I mailed to him on October 14 and got the cards back on November 8, for a 25-day TAT.
