I made a really good find at the card show with Scott. We were looking through cards at a vendor who had a ton of recent parallels and he (the vendor) brought out this 2012 Topps Mini Silver Parallel. He wanted $30 for it and since I knew I probably wouldn't see another one, I jumped at the chance.
The card is serial numbered 1/5, so that's really cool, too. Also, I see that I have blogged Chris Davis cards two days in a row, so I know Scott is really enjoying that!

COMC Pickup - 2012 Topps Chris Davis Mini
Anyway, this post is not about that mail. That mail was Christmas presents from COMC that I will be packaging up to send out to a couple bloggers.
This post is about the 2012 Topps Mini Chris Davis that I got off of COMC a month or so ago. You know, because I still have 10 or so cards from that purchase left and I want to make sure I have stuff to blog about up until the Christmas presents come in.
So, here is the 2012 Topps Mini Davis that I got. Thing is, I'm pretty sure my friend, Ryan, sent me this card already, but I am so bad about keeping up with what I have, I went ahead and bought this one with my store credit. Oh well, here it is anyway. I hope you guys enjoyed it.

Ebay Pickup - 2012 Topps Mini Nolan Reimold Black Printing Plate
No, this is not a repeat post. I now own 2, count em, 2 Nolan Reimold 2012 Topps Mini Printing Plates. But they're 1/1 you might be thinking... Yes, in a sense, they are. However, several printing plates are needed in order to print an actual baseball card. 4 or 5 if I am not mistaken (someone please correct me if I am). I posted the Cyan printing plate on November 10, 2012. You can read about it here.
If you are a regular reader, you will know that my Nolan Reimold collection has become quite epic. Nolan is one of my favorite Orioles and I have had a 'cup of coffee', so to speak, interaction with him. My signed photo of Nolan and I together, along with my signed batting gloves, are top pieces in my overall collection. I am rooting hard for Nolan to break out this year. Of course, I would be happy with a decent year, just so long as he is injury free. Nolan is a great guy with an awesome family. I really hope he can bounce back from his injuries sustained last year and build a successful career in Baltimore. He has a ton of fans, including this 'mega' fan.

2012 Topps Mini Nolan Reimold Printing Plate
I made a surprise discovery oon Ebay a couple days ago when I saw that someone had the Topps Mini Printing Plate of Nolan Reimold listed for $20.
I jumped all over it when I saw it. $20 for a printing plate that I definitely needed for my PC? You know it. I really didn't think I would be able to add any of the 1/1's from 2012 to my 'Reimold Rainbow', but I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. I'd like to add some plates from his other years as well, but it is a matter of finding them, and being able to afford them.
I'd write more, but I'm still wore out from last night's Who concert in Greensboro. What an awesome show! I've now seen them twice, once in 1989 in St. Louis and again last night in Greensboro.

Another Off of the Want List - 2012 Topps Mini Gold Nolan Reimold
I got another card knocked off of the want list the other day when I received this 2012 Topps Mini Gold parallel Nolan Reimold from Ebay for around $10.
The cool this about this card is that it is numbered 14/61. Not bad, getting a card serial numbered at his uniform number for around $10. I was tipped to this auction by my good buddy Ryan, whom was generous enough to let me land this instead of claiming it for himself. I wouldn't blame him for doing it, though, I mean, we both are big O's fans.
