I moved some more 1970s cards out of my boxes and into my album with this TTM success from Steve Brye. I had a few cards to choose from, and made sure to send this 1972 Topps Twins Rookies. I haven't looked up the other two guys, but if they are living and sign, I may send it out again. We'll see.
It's kind of funny how similar Brye's 1973 and 1978 Topps cards are. What a difference 5 years makes on cards.
Brye (b. 1949) played in the majors from 1970 to 1978 for the Twins, Brewers and Pirates. He had 515 hits, 30 home runs and a .258 batting average.
I mailed to Brye on October 8 and got the cards back on November 5, for a 28-day TAT.
