Some Signed Cards From Chris Ray

This shouldn't count as a TTM success, and also shouldn't count as IP graphing; this is somewhere in between.  My friend, Ryan, and I went to Chris Ray's brewery outside of Richmond a couple weeks ago.  We both thought we may get lucky, and that Chris Ray would be there.  We each brought a few cards, and were disappointed to learn that he wasn't there.  Thankfully, the staff there was willing to let us leave the cards.  Ryan planned ahead and brought stamped envelopes with him.  So, we left the cards and envelopes, and today, the cards came in.
I left a 2009 Topps gold parallel (top), 2006 Topps (above left) and 2007 Topps (above right).  Each came out great.

Ray (b. 1982) played in the majors from 2005 to 2007 and 2009 to 2011 for the Orioles, Rangers, Giants and Mariners.  He had a record of 18-19 with 230 strike outs, 51 saves and a 4.10 ERA.  He and a player to be named later (Ben Snyder) were sent to the Rangers in the trad that brought Kevin Millwood to Baltimore.

A Bunch of Signed Cards From Michael

I got a bunch of signed cards in a deal recently from Michael, which helped push me to get some of that stuff out of my box, scanned and into my album.  I had this 2017 Donruss silver parallel of Jonathan Villar that he got signed for me a couple years ago just sitting and waiting to be scanned.  I finally got around to it, and it is now in my album.
I love this JJ Hardy certified auto from 2004 Topps.  Hardy was a great pickup by the Orioles.  I wish he could have stayed healthy there at the end, as he was a huge part of their defense that was sorely missed once he was gone.
Michael sent a ton of signed cards to clear out some extras that he had.  I needed all of the ones I scanned, as far as I could tell.
A few of these save me some stamps on what would have been future TTM requests.
This is the first signed soccer card that I've gotten.  I'm not a soccer fan, but the card will still go into the album.
I sent to David Hale fairly recently, and got a nice return.  I didn't have this card, though, but now I do.

Thanks for all of the cards, Michael!  I apologize for how long it took to get the Villar posted.

A few things

So, guys, the deed was filed today and my house is officially sold!!!! Woo Hoo!!! Also, the Orioles got Kevin Millwood today for Chris Ray... a pitcher I was hoping would be released this year cause he stunk the place up. I'm pretty happy about that.

I'll have some card posts later on in the week.
