Joe Coleman (b. 1922 - d. 1997) played in the majors from 1942, 1946-1951 and 1953-1955 for the A's, Orioles and Tigers. He retired with a record of 52-76, 444 strikeouts and an ERA of 4.38. He was an All Star in 1948.

And both his son, Joe, and grandson, Casey, have been starting pitchers for the Cubs!
