TTM Success - Andre Pallante

I added another 2019 Bowman Draft to my album with this TTM success from Andre Pallante.  He doesn't have much of a signature, but it still counts.

Pallante (b. 1998) was a 4th round pick by the Cardinals in the 2019 June Amateur Draft out of the University of California - Irvine.  He pitched in 11 games for Low A State College in the NY-Penn league last year and had a 1-0 record with 38 strike outs and a 2.78 ERA.

I mailed to Pallante on August 6 and got the card back signed on August 15, for a 9-day TAT.
