While it doesn't happen often, from time to time, I forget that I even mailed to someone. Such was the case with Brian Simmons. I mailed to him back in 2018 and got a success. I found the above 1999 Upper Deck in a box at a card show and decided to send it to him TTM, forgetting that I had gotten him on a 2000 Upper Deck back then. I'm glad I didn't duplicate the card, at least.
I mailed to Simmons on November 18 and got the card back on December 1, for a 13-day TAT.
