I got a few 90s junk wax cards out of my boxes with this TTM success from Doug Dascenzo. I actually thought I had more of his cards; Dascenzo is one of those guys that you feel like you see his name all the time when looking through cards. Of course, when it came time to pull his stuff, I only found these three. Oh well. They turned out really well, and I'm glad I was able to get them signed.
Dascenzo (b. 1964) played in the majors from 1988 to 1993 and 1996 for the Cubs, Rangers and Padres. He had 287 hits, 5 home runs and a .234 batting average.
I mailed to Dascnzo on October 27 and got the cards back on November 5, for a 9-day TAT.
Nice get. I'm pretty sure Doug is considered a fan favorite due to his blowout relief pitching appearances. Too bad you didn't have the Score (?) card of him pitching for the TTM.
