I also got his 2011 and 2014 Topps signed. I had so many of Bell's cards, I went with two years of Topps that were under-represented in my album.
Bell (b. 1977) played in the majors from 2004 to 2014 for the Mets, Padres, Marlins, Diamondbacks and Rays. He had a career record of 38-32 with 637 strike outs and a 3.49 ERA. He led the league in saves in 2009, and finished his career with 168. He had over 40 saves in three seasons. He was al All Star in each of those three seasons (2009, 2010 and 2011). He finished 8th and 25th in the 2010 NL Cy Young and MVP races, respectively.
Bell appeared on the 2020 Hall of Fame ballot, but received no votes.
I mailed to Bell on May 7 and got the cards back on May 29, for a 22-day TAT.
