I had heard that Rafael Palmeiro was signing TTM, so I found two cards I missed when we went to Cleburne and sent them along. I got my cards back and maybe two weeks later, Raffy started charging $20/card, so I got lucky!
I mailed to Palmeiro on May 16 and got the cards back on June 8, for a 23-day TAT.
