I'm still writing about Christmas gifts as we pull into March. That is a pretty cool testament to the group that we call the Card Community. I have met so many folks in this community and was able to send out something like 27 care packages and gifts for Christmas. I think I really may have topped 30, but I honestly lost count. It doesn't matter, though, because I really just enjoyed sending out cards that I thought some of my fellow collectors would enjoy.
One of the people that I have traded with the most sent me this really awesome 2014 Bowman Chrome auto of Brian Gonzalez. Judson, from the blog "
My Cardboard Habit", sent this card to me. I was really happy to get it because I had nothing of Gonzalez in my collection at the time. Gonzalez was the Orioles first pick (third round) out of the 2014 amateur draft.
The card is numbered 51/150 and looks really awesome. I am very thankful for the gift, Judson!
