Tony Jacobs (b. 1925 - d. 1980) played in the majors for two games, one in 1948 (for the Cubs) and one in 1955 (for the Cardinals). He had no decisions in the two games, striking out 3 with an ERA of 11.25. According to the back of his card, it sounds like he was a pretty decent minor league pitcher. (DECEASED 97)
